Lee Seibold
OWNER / HEAD TRAINERS
For more than a decade, I’ve been helping dogs and owners build better communication, reliability, and trust. My background includes a B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University, along with years of study in psychology, behavior change, and biomechanics, all of which shape how I approach both obedience and behavior work.
My work in dog training began through personal experience after struggling with serious aggression in my own dog. That experience showed me that quick fixes and short sessions often are not enough to create lasting change. It pushed me to develop a more structured approach focused on real results, long-term success, and continued support for owners beyond the training itself.

How do I know if I'm a good fit?
Everyone can be a good fit for Lee's programs! Our board & train is partly focused on teaching your dog while they're in our care, and partly focused on building you into an owner with full control. If you don't see a clear path to a well trained dog, you're a perfect fit for Lee's programs. We'll ensure you have all the necessary tools for long-term success at the end of your program.
How long will it take to train my dog?
It depends on the dog, but basic obedience foundations typically take a few weeks to install properly while reactivity, anxiety, and aggression can take longer. Your education is also key to the program, so training time is dependent on your involvement with Lee's resources.
Will this actually work for my dog?
Yes, our training works. Not just because we know how to train dogs, but because we know how to teach people. Real results happen when both ends of the leash understand what’s going on.
